By accessing or using CiviQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service.

CiviQ is a personal productivity and finance dashboard that provides tools for expense tracking, document storage, task management, encrypted vault storage, blockchain-based verification, and social networking features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

To access certain features of CiviQ, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • Ensure your account is used only for lawful purposes. CiviQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in fraudulent or harmful activity.

CiviQ allows you to track financial information including bank accounts, credit cards, digital wallets, income, and expenses. By using these features, you acknowledge that: • CiviQ does not connect to or access your actual bank accounts directly. • All financial data you enter is self-reported and maintained solely for your personal reference. • You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you input. • CiviQ is not a registered financial advisor, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice. • You should consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

Our Encrypted Vault uses AES-256-GCM client-side encryption. Your vault contents are encrypted on your device before transmission. CiviQ staff cannot access or decrypt your vault data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your vault encryption key. Loss of your encryption key will result in permanent inability to access your vault contents, and CiviQ cannot recover this data.

CiviQ uses a custom blockchain to provide audit trails and verification for documents and transactions. Blockchain records are immutable and cannot be deleted once recorded. Only anonymized identifiers (no personally identifiable information) are stored on-chain. The blockchain feature is provided for verification purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding record in all jurisdictions.

You agree not to use CiviQ to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. • Upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code. • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission.

All content, features, and functionality of CiviQ — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by CiviQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant CiviQ a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process such content solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of CiviQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using CiviQ, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CiviQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. CiviQ's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CiviQ (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. CiviQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, CiviQ, third parties, or the general public. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

CiviQ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of CiviQ after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CiviQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in the courts of competent jurisdiction. By using CiviQ, you waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
